Shipping Destinations
Solegraned currently ships within the United States only, including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not ship to:
● U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)
● APO/FPO military addresses
● International destinations
We may update our shipping availability from time to time without prior notice.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
After your order is placed and payment is successfully verified, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and fulfillment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
Estimated Delivery Times
After processing is complete, estimated delivery times are:
● Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
● Expedited Shipping (when available): 3–7 business days

Shipping Costs
We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:
● Standard Shipping: $0.00 (Free)
● Expedited Shipping (when available): $9.99 flat rate
Your shipping cost will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
You may track your order using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email, or by contacting our support team.

Solegraned is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

● Contacting the shipping carrier directly

While Solegraned cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we will work with you and the carrier to help investigate the situation.
