All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). We do not accept personal checks, money orders, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency as payment methods.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed at the time your order is placed. Your payment must be fully authorized before your order is confirmed and sent for fulfillment. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card or debit card number on our servers at any time.
Authorization Holds
When you place an order, your payment method may be authorized (but not yet charged) to verify that sufficient funds are available. The full charge is captured once your order is confirmed and processing begins. If your order is canceled for any reason before shipment, any authorization hold will be released, which may take 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable state and local tax laws. Tax amounts may vary by jurisdiction. Solegraned reserves the right to collect sales tax in all states where we are required to do so by law.
Payment Errors and Declines

Fraudulent Transactions
Solegraned reserves the right to cancel any order we determine to be fraudulent or suspicious. If an order is suspected to involve fraudulent activity, we may contact you for verification before processing or may cancel the order outright. We also cooperate with law enforcement agencies in the event of fraud investigations.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge on your account, please contact us at contact@solegraned.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account and may be contested.
Refunds
