At Solegraned, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a return request.
Return Eligibility Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, requests must be submitted within this 30-day window. Requests submitted after 30 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.
Eligible Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• The item is free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage caused after delivery
• All original tags are attached
• The item is returned in its original packaging (shoebox, dust bag, or wrapping, if applicable)
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items that have been worn, used, or show signs of use
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Sale items or items purchased with a final-sale discount code
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
• Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
• Step 1: Email us at contact@solegraned.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization, if approved.
• Step 3: Package the item(s) securely and ship them to the address provided in the return authorization email.
• Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
Please do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization from us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Solegraned offers free return shipping on all eligible returns. You will not be charged any return shipping costs. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Simply follow the return instructions provided by our team and use the prepaid label included with your return authorization. We recommend retaining your drop-off receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and the outcome of the inspection. If the return is approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order on solegraned.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@solegraned.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
