No Manufacturer's Warranty
Solegraned sells women's footwear sourced through trusted fulfillment partners. Unless a specific manufacturer's warranty is explicitly stated in a product listing, products sold by Solegraned do not come with a manufacturer's warranty. No warranty, guarantee, or representation is made by Solegraned regarding the durability, performance, or lifespan of any product beyond what is expressly stated on the individual product page.
Product Descriptions
While we strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on solegraned.com are accurate, we do not warrant that all product information is complete, current, or free of errors. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography lighting. Sizing is based on general women's footwear sizing standards; we recommend consulting the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Limitation of Implied Warranties

Defective or Damaged Products
While we do not offer a formal warranty, if you receive an item that is materially defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from the product description, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@solegraned.com and provide:
• Your order number
• A detailed description of the defect or issue
• Clear photos of the item and its packaging
Defective or incorrectly shipped items may be eligible for a full refund or replacement, at Solegraned's discretion and subject to the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.
Normal Wear and Tear
No coverage is provided under this policy for damage resulting from:
• Normal wear and tear through regular use
• Improper care, cleaning, or maintenance
• Misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product
• Exposure to extreme conditions not suitable for the footwear type
• Accidental damage after delivery
Third-Party Warranties
In some instances, products sold through Solegraned may carry their own warranty from the original manufacturer. If such a warranty is available, it will be noted in the product listing. Solegraned is not a party to any such manufacturer's warranty and is not responsible for honoring or administering it. For manufacturer warranty claims, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly.
Disclaimer of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solegraned shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any product-related claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
