Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our selection at solegraned.com, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping address and payment information to complete your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly after they are placed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@solegraned.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please see our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout immediately after your purchase is complete. This email will include your order number and a summary of your purchase. Please save this email for your records.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
After processing, standard shipping takes 7–12 business days (Free).
Expedited shipping (when available) takes 3–7 business days with a $9.99 fee.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website, or visit our Order Tracking page at solegraned.com.
What if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information for updates. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at contact@solegraned.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unused items in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us at contact@solegraned.com to initiate a return. See our Return & Refund Policy for full eligibility details.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, please return your original order and place a new one.

Are your shoe sizes true to size?
We recommend referring to the size guide available on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit. If you have specific sizing questions, feel free to contact us before ordering.
How do I care for my shoes?
Care instructions vary by material and style. Please refer to the care label included with your shoes or the product description on our website for guidance specific to your footwear.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions on solegraned.com are protected by SSL encryption and processed through a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history and save your shipping information for faster checkout in the future.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email from us, or by emailing contact@solegraned.com.
